Domori Latte Sal

Domori's 44% milk chocolate with sea salt (Latte Sal) is quite beautiful. The rich, milky bar is gorgeously melded with tinges of fleur de sel from Guerande. I'm rather addicted to this- it's the best of both sweet and savory worlds. Their minimal processing reinforces the unique flavor of the cocoa beans, producing a really fantastic flavor.
