Brazilian Girls New York City
The latest Brazilian Girls album, New York City (Verve Forecast), is totally strange and fun. This polyglot trio is full of high dance thrills. From their hit "Good Time" to the echoey "Strangeboy," their music is a an international mix of eclectic lounge, electronica, cabaret, tango, punk, and trance.
I also liked "St. Petersburg," "L'interprete," and "Internacional." Diplo also did a great remix of "Good Time" for the Good Time EP (available on iTunes).
Give it a whirl. I dare you not to shimmy and shake on the dance floor.
I like the cute "Good Time" video:
