37th Annual Half Moon Bay Arts & Pumpkin Festival 10/13 & 10/14
Kick off the Fall and Halloween season with the 37th Annual Half Moon Bay Arts & Pumpkin Festival this weekend (October 13 & 14). There will be tons of fun things to check out with family and friends, such as harvest-inspired crafts, home-style food, pumpkin beer, a titanic weigh-off of champion pumpkins, and a pie-eating contest.
Kids will love the Great Pumpkin Parade, costume contest and the bone-chilling haunted house. As if that's not enough for you, there will also be a pancake breakfast and a 5K & 10K run/walk. For the music folks, there will be two stages of entertainment including the Unauthorized Rolling Stones, local favorites The Fabulous CruiseTones, and legendary electric blues guitarist Chris Cobb.
